Job summary

Bolder Group is seeking a meticulous Shareholder Administrator to support investor services, maintain accurate shareholder records, and ensure timely processing of subscriptions, redemptions, and distributions.

Hybrid work arrangement with remote work two days a week and on-site three days at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines; the role requires accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or relevant discipline.
• 1-2 years of investor services experience in banking/investment houses.
• Solid grasp of financial principles related to investment funds.
• High accuracy and attention to detail for shareholder records.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team-based collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process investor transactions (subscriptions, redemptions, switches, transfers) in transfer agency system.
• Process capital calls and distributions with investor communication and cash tracking.
• Prepare and verify redemption, dividend, and distribution payment files.
• Assist clients with ad-hoc projects and auditor requests.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and maintain controls in own area.
• Update procedures and checklists in cooperation with management.
• Support compliance and participate in projects, testing, and training.
