Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hold open-ended conversations with AI chatbots across a wide variety of topics and scenarios
• Evaluate chatbot responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
• Identify issues such as factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistencies, or potential bias
• Design creative, challenging, and edge-case prompts to stress-test AI behavior
• Document your findings clearly using structured feedback forms and rating rubrics
• Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule
