Qualifications

• 6–8 years of ServiceNow experience (ITSM/ITOM/SPM).
• Degree in CS/IT or related field, or equivalent.
• 6+ years in a similar technical architecture role.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and teams.
• Expert-level ServiceNow ITOM - Discovery certification.
• Cloud, networking and cybersecurity knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in an Account Delivery role.

Qualifications

• Must have 6-8 years relevant experience in ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM/SPM)
• AI Experience is an advantage
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• With a minimum of 6 years in a similar technical architecture role
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project objectives
• Expert-level certification in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) - Discovery, with a strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
• Strong technical skills in areas such as cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity, with experience in designing and implementing technical solutions in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions
• Experience working in an Account Delivery role, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of account management and customer satisfaction
