About the Role
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join our Customer Advisory & Support Excellence (CASE) team. This role is focused on delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and at least one enterprise workflow (HAM/SAM, SPM, or HRSD).
You'll lead customer engagements, provide expert technical guidance, and ensure successful delivery and adoption of ServiceNow capabilities. As a senior consultant, you'll also mentor colleagues, contribute to practice growth, and help customers maximize their investment in the platform.
This is a permanent, work-from-home role (with onsite presence 1–2 times per month).
