Sr. ServiceNow Technical Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join our Customer Advisory & Support Excellence (CASE) team. This role is focused on delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and at least one enterprise workflow (HAM/SAM, SPM, or HRSD).

You'll lead customer engagements, provide expert technical guidance, and ensure successful delivery and adoption of ServiceNow capabilities. As a senior consultant, you'll also mentor colleagues, contribute to practice growth, and help customers maximize their investment in the platform.

This is a permanent, work-from-home role (with onsite presence 1–2 times per month).

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Lead and deliver ServiceNow implementations and enhancements across ITSM and enterprise workflows (HAM/SAM, SPM, HRSD).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning technical delivery with business value realization.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for platform adoption and additional value streams.
  • Ensure all delivery is aligned with Fujitsu's CASE methodology, governance, and customer success outcomes.
  • Stay current on the ServiceNow roadmap and contribute to innovation within Fujitsu's ServiceNow practice.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants to build overall team capability.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
  • ServiceNow CSA certification (mandatory).
  • ServiceNow CIS-ITSM certification (mandatory).
  • Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM delivery/support (Incident, Change, Problem, Request).
  • Practical expertise in at least one enterprise workflow: HAM/SAM (Hardware & Software Asset Management), SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) OR HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)
  • Experience across multiple ServiceNow releases, ideally Orlando to current.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications and Experience:

  • Additional ServiceNow certifications (HAM/SAM, SPM, HRSD, Discovery, IntegrationHub).
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow consulting experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience leading workshops, training sessions, or sales/pre-sales engagements.
