Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow application development and customization.
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM.
• Experience with Now Assist and AI-related configuration/development.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong ServiceNow ITSM/CSDM knowledge with a developer-focused profile.
