Job summary

APW Tech in Makati, Philippines is seeking a SolutionDeveloper (ServiceNow) to lead the development, coordination, and architecture of ServiceNow initiatives, including integration with existing apps and third-party solutions.

The role involves gathering requirements, building business cases, and estimating effort for enhancements, collaborating with Project Manager, Team, Platform Lead, and reporting to senior international or national staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow applications.
• Skilled in building complex custom apps with advanced workflows and integrations.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and architect ServiceNow initiatives including integrations with existing apps and third-party solutions.

TheSolutionDeveloper (ServiceNow)is responsible fordeveloping, coordinating, and architecting all activities related to the development of ServiceNow, including integration with existing applications and third-party solutions, that support the client's initiative. This includesidentifyingand troubleshooting any application issues,resolvingor escalating them as needed. Additionally, She/he willassistin gathering requirements, building business cases, and estimating effort for enhancements of existing solutions. She/he will work closely with the Project Manager/ Team/Platform Lead and reports to designated senior International Staff and/or senior National Staff.

Work Experience

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on AppEngine and integration protocols

• Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow applications, enhancing user experience, and aligning solutions with business requirements.

• Skilled in building complex custom applications, including designing and implementing advanced workflows, forms, and integrations to address unique organizational needs.

• Solid understanding and application of Agile methodologies, including experience with Scrum or Kanban frameworks, ensuring efficient development cycles and continuous delivery.
