You will provide functional and technical expertise across planning, design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow apps. The role emphasizes automation, collaboration with teams, and delivering high-quality ServiceNow implementations within ITSM/ITOM suites and related product lines.
Qualificações
- Experience in planning, designing, developing and implementing ServiceNow applications.
- Ability to work in agile environments and deliver value across multiple projects.
Responsabilidades
- Provide functional and technical expertise to plan, analyze, define and support ServiceNow implementations.
- Design, build and configure ServiceNow applications.
- Work with an agile mindset to deliver value across projects of multiple scopes.
- Apply ideas to drive automation and efficiency in ServiceNow.
- Deliver outputs according to schedules and specifications.
- Turn user requirements into testable product through sprint cycles.
- Implement, test and deploy ServiceNow solutions following ITIL practices.
- Identify and resolve issues within ServiceNow components.
- Perform impact analysis and testing for patching and upgrades.
- Document deliverables according to defined standards.
