Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and coordinate customer service requests, inquiries, and complaints.
• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of service engineers and technicians for site visits, inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Communicate with customers regarding service schedules, requirements, site access, and job status.
• Prepare service quotations, work orders, service reports, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with the engineering and technical teams regarding equipment issues, troubleshooting requirements, and service activities.
