Role

We are hiring for a Service Leader - Kitchen (Sage Grill).

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the food preparation process in alignment with Shangri-La's service and hygiene standards
  • Ensure all Health and Safety standards and policies are followed correctly
  • Supervise and control the work of the kitchen personnel in your section
  • Assist with overseeing the daily operation of the kitchen
  • Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team
  • Support the Sous Chef on daily operation
Qualifications

  • Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
  • Committed to serving food of the highest quality
