• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) or related field.
• Knowledge of UPS and Power Products / Precision Cooling Systems (preferred).
• Familiarity with Data Centers (preferred).
• Working knowledge of web/documentation technologies (preferred).
• SQL knowledge (plus).
• Excellent written English (preferred).
• Detail‑minded and proactive in research.

Responsibilities

• Create and sustain service documentation for Vertiv products.
• Author and edit manuals, drawings, and technical articles for the TKO/CCE Knowledge platform.
• Transform content to XHTML/JavaScript/CSS formats and perform peer reviews.
• Coordinate with Product Specialists to verify information before publishing.
• Assist in CAD-to-2D model conversions for training and service procedures.
