NCR Voyix Corporation, Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking a Service Desk L1 Agent to provide first-line IT support for hardware and software issues, installing, configuring and updating systems, and guiding users through problem resolution.

The role works with NCRV and third-party technicians, handles incident history, schedules on-site visits when needed, and trains customers on basic tech usage while maintaining clear incident logs.
