Job Description:

We’re looking for a Service Delivery Lead (GOCC Data Office) to join our team at MBPS.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align on data strategy and project timelines.

Technical Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Implement data architecture to support warehousing, analytics, and reporting needs.
• Optimize data processes for performance, cost-effectiveness, and ensure data quality.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and drive enhancements in data engineering capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3-5 years of data engineering experience, with a proven track record in leadership or mentoring roles.
• Proficient in Python, Java, or Scala and experienced with ETL tools and data pipelines (e.g., Apache Airflow, Spark).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Strong SQL skills, with experience in data modeling, integration, and management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
