Job summary

Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. is seeking a Service Delivery Lead to drive and coordinate key transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementation.

You will partner with business leaders, PMO, IT teams, and implementation partners to ensure milestones, governance, testing, and readiness activities are delivered successfully. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional workstreams, leading workshops, and supporting organizational readiness, change management, and hypercare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in transformation, PMO, change management, project coordination, or ERP/SAP implementation environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transformation activities, project plans, milestones, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Lead workshop planning, governance reporting, stakeholder engagement, and documentation management.
• Support organizational readiness, change management, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
