About the role

Select Goods' is looking for an experienced Service Crew Trainer to join our passionate team in our restaurant located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for training and developing our front-of-house service staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Onboard and train new service crew members on company policies, procedures, and customer service best practices
  • Observe and provide feedback to service staff to help them continuously improve their skills
  • Identify training needs and develop and deliver engaging training programmes to enhance the capabilities of the service team
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement service standards and ensure consistent delivery across all customer touchpoints
  • Assist with schedule planning and coordination of the service team
  • Contribute to creating a positive, motivating work environment for the service crew
  • What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality training role
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively train, coach and develop service staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and inspire the team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries and concerns
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities
