Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks Service Crew / Cashier at NAIA Terminals to deliver exceptional customer service to travelers. You will take orders, handle payments, and ensure smooth dining operations in a fast-paced airport setting.

Fresh graduates are welcome; strong communication and teamwork are essential. Flexibility including weekends/holidays is required; prior POS experience is a plus.

We are urgently looking for dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Service Crew / Cashier at NAIA. As part of our team, you will be at the forefront of providing excellent customer service to travelers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience in our establishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining and service areas.
• Handle payment transactions (cash, e-wallet, credit/debit card payment) and operate a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Give change and issue receipts.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with their experience.
