Your Role

As an AU Maintenance Support Coordinator, you are responsible for:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer maintenance inquiries via phone and email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues with beds, guiding customers through solutions.
  • Manage the maintenance email inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses to all inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate customer and job records within the CRM system.
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians and parts for maintenance jobs, coordinating with the delivery team.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Maintenance Coordinator or technical team.
  • Provide administrative support to the maintenance department.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to guide customers effectively.
