A leading hotel chain in Makati is seeking a Confidential Secretary to provide executive assistance to the Human Resources Division. The ideal candidate must be a college graduate with at least 1 year of secretarial experience. Strong communication skills and a tech-savvy approach are essential. This role offers a local package and supports the objectives of the Human Resources team.
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Area Director of Human Resources and within the limits of established Makati Shangri-La, Manila policies, procedures and Human Resources Manual, the Confidential Secretary performs secretarial services and renders executive assistance to the Human Resources Division specifically the Area Director of Human Resources with the view of effectively meeting the Division’s objectives.
