DUTIES

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Area Director of Human Resources and within the limits of established Makati Shangri-La, Manila policies, procedures and Human Resources Manual, the Confidential Secretary performs secretarial services and renders executive assistance to the Human Resources Division specifically the Area Director of Human Resources with the view of effectively meeting the Division’s objectives.

REQUIREMENTS
  • With atleast 1 year experience as a secretary.
  • Must be a college graduate.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of local languages.
  • Tech-savvy with a keen eye for details.
  • Self starter, team builder and a goal-oriented individual.
  • Tactful and sensitive to employee needs.
