Isang malaking institusyong pangbangko ang naghahanap ng Service Officer sa Cagayan de Oro. Ang bagong hire ay magiging responsable sa pamamahala ng mga service assistants at pagsasagawa ng mga transaksyon para sa corporate loans. Ang mainam na kandidato ay may katiyakang academic at may karanasan na may kinalaman sa corporate banking.

Qualifications

  • Kolehiyo graduate, mas kinakailangan ang degree sa mga kursong may kaugnayan sa negosyo.
  • Hindi bababa sa 3 taon ng karanasan bilang service o operations assistant.
  • Malakas na pag-unawa sa mga produkto ng corporate banking at mga patakarang kredito.

Responsibilities

  • Namamahala sa mga pagkilos ng team sa mga transaksyon at pagpapanatili ng account.
  • Nag-uulat sa pagsunod sa mga patakaran ng bangko at mga regulasyon.
  • Naghahanda ng mga ulat na kailangan ng team.

The Service Officer is responsible for managing the Service Assistants’ daily transactions, implementation of approved facilities, and account maintenance tasks for Corporate Loans and other corporate products availed of by clients, as well as administrative functions for the team including preparation of reports.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises the team's Service Assistants in the fulfillment of account maintenance tasks, such as, but not limited to, document review, checking and submission of approved credit facilities, and regularization and reduction of documentary deficiencies.
  • Manages the team's Service Assistants in the implementation of daily transactions, such as, but not limited to, loan availments, loan renewal, loan extension, past due monitoring, trade transactions, payments, repricing and collections.
  • Tracks and manages his/her RM Team's compliance to the bank’s existing policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Prepares internal reports needed by the team in the discharge of its functions. 3.5 Performs administrative tasks such as budget authorization and monitoring. 3.6 Performs other responsibilities that may be needed by the team in the discharge of its functions.

Qualifications

  • College graduate, preferably with a degree in business related courses
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a service or operations assistant servicing large corporate clients and/or related areas or disciplines.
  • Highly knowledgeable in credit and lending, operations, credit policies, risk management and corporate banking products and services; with adequate knowledge of regulatory standards, compliance guidelines, and other bank products, processes and policies; proficient in the bank’s various operating systems.
  • Strong service quality; strong leadership and managerial skills; proficient in coaching and mentoring; strong in credit process and operations; good risk management and business judgement; good ability to spot and institute process improvements; strong client empathy and highly organized with attention to detail
