Job summary

Bluesky HR Consultancy Inc. is seeking an SEO Specialist to plan and execute strategies that boost organic visibility and traffic. You will optimize WordPress sites and custom-built sites, perform keyword research, and collaborate with developers and content teams to apply SEO best practices.

The role requires strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, analytics tools, and HTML/CSS basics. Thai language knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or certificate as stated.
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Hands-on experience with WordPress and SEO on custom sites.
Proficient with Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or SEMrush.
Good understanding of HTML/CSS and web tech.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Good communication to work with cross-functional teams.
Thai language knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic.
Identify and prioritize high-potential keywords for optimization.
Optimize on-page elements, meta tags, headings, and internal linking.
Audit sites for technical SEO issues and fix problems.
Manage SEO tasks in WordPress and optimize custom sites.
Plan and execute link-building campaigns for quality backlinks.
Monitor KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and report performance.
Conduct competitive analysis to uncover ranking opportunities.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and content writers to apply SEO best practices.
Stay updated with search engine updates and adjust strategies accordingly.
