Job Description

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

Responsibilities:

Increasing web page rankings, traffic, and conversion rates
Using Google products such as Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and other major search engine webmaster tools to analyze web data and turn it into actionable insights
Planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives using expert skills in content development, website optimization, SEM/SEO, re-marketing, email, and social media
Supporting and assisting in building and maintaining company SEO plans and strategies
Reviewing client campaign initiatives and analyzing top industry competitors
Crafting and supporting email campaigns (B2C)
Creating and promoting quality online content (product descriptions, articles, blog posts, ad copy)
Participating in on-page keyword editing, content optimization, and metatag management
Focusing on off-page efforts including anchor text and sourcing backlinks
Sourcing consistent content across web pages
Other marketing and creative tasks as required

Job Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

At least 1+ years of proven record of success in SEO campaigns
SEO skills – On-page: keyword research, content strategy, working knowledge of HTML and CSS; Off-page: knowledgeable in white/gray/black hat strategies and social media buzz; Technical: website technical analysis, basic troubleshooting, and comfortable communicating with developers
Expert knowledge of Google products: Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager
Expert knowledge of SEO software such as SEMrush, MOZ, Majestic, Raven tools, etc.
Knowledge & experience in WordPress page/post updating and creating, plugin updating, and basic WordPress creation
A passion for Digital Marketing
Deep understanding of SEO (both on and off-site)
Up-to-date on the latest changes to organic search algorithms
Proactive/problem-solving attitude
Willing to work on graveyard shift
