Job summary

GrowthPair is seeking an SEO Marketer to own our organic search strategy, focusing on intent-driven optimization and measurable pipeline impact. You will lead technical, on-page, and off-page SEO; conduct in-depth keyword research and search-intent mappings; optimize pages for traditional and AI surfaces; and collaborate with content teams on SEO briefs.

Qualifications

3+ years in an SEO role.
Proficient in Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4.
Strong technical SEO knowledge.
Experience with content briefs.
Familiar with AI search surfaces and GEO.
Comfort with AI tools to accelerate research.
Analytical mindset with data-driven insights.
Excellent cross-functional communication.
Willing to work during US hours (PT/ET).
Proactive and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy spanning technical, on-page, and off-page disciplines.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and search intent mapping across the full funnel.
Optimize product, category, and landing pages for traditional and AI search surfaces.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce SEO briefs and audits.
Manage technical SEO health including site architecture, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
Monitor, analyze, and report on organic performance using GSC, GA4, and rank tracking tools.
