NCC Group in Taguig/Manila is seeking an SEO/GEO & Content Analyst to support organic search and content optimisation across traditional and AI-enabled search, collaborating with Marketing and Development teams to improve visibility and traffic.

You will edit CMS content, run audits, perform keyword research, and report on performance, with two days onsite in Taguig and opportunities for learning within a fast-growing security-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEO, content, website management or digital analytics.
• CMS editing, optimisation and publishing experience.
• Knowledge of on-page and technical SEO, audits and metadata.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions.
• Clear web copywriting and editing with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day SEO, GEO and AEO analysis with practical opportunities.
• Conduct keyword, topic, search-intent and competitor research.
• Perform routine website/content audits (crawlability, indexability, internal linking).
• Use CMS to edit, optimise and publish content and metadata.
• Provide search-led recommendations for structure, readability, relevance and AI-enabled discovery.
• Use AI-assisted tools for research with human review and accuracy checks.
• Produce regular reporting on organic search and AI visibility performance.

SEO/GEO & Content Analyst

Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite

Support the delivery of NCC Groups organic search and content optimisation activity across traditional and AI-enabled search. The role uses search and website data to identify practical improvements, optimise and publish content in the CMS, and provide clear reporting and recommendations. Working with the Senior Website Manager, Content Manager and wider Marketing and Development teams, the role will help improve website visibility, content quality and relevant organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day SEO, GEO and AEO analysis, identifying practical opportunities aligned with agreed priorities.
• Carry out keyword, topic, search-intent, audience-question and competitor research.
• Complete routine website and content audits, including crawlability, indexability, internal linking, metadata, structured data and page experience.
• Use the CMS to edit, optimise, publish and maintain accurate website content and metadata in line with governance standards.
• Support content teams with search-led recommendations for structure, readability, relevance and AI-enabled discovery.
• Use AI-assisted tools for research, analysis and optimisation, with appropriate human review and accuracy checks.
• Produce regular, clear reporting on organic search and AI visibility performance, progress and next actions.
• Keep up to date with relevant search trends, algorithm changes and emerging GEO and AEO practices

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Functional and technical skills:

• Practical experience in SEO, content, website management or digital analytics.
• Hands-on experience using a CMS to edit, optimise and publish web content.
• Working knowledge of on-page and technical SEO, including website and content auditing.
• Good analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear, practical recommendations.
• Clear web copywriting and editing skills, with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
• Experience using core SEO and analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or equivalent is desirable.
• An understanding of GEO, AEO and AI-enabled search, with an interest in developing knowledge as the field evolves
