The Role

Our Organic Media Team oversees SEO strategies, execution, and client social media accounts (organic content). As an SEO Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting various SEO tasks, maintaining client accounts in digital tools, and assisting with audits and reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients and ensure accurate setup.
  • Manage and update tools for internal team usage.
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and execution of SEO-related tasks.
  • Monitor Google posts to ensure compliance and integrity.
  • Provide monthly SEO support such as link building and keyword ranking reports (Ahrefs, Google Search Console, internal platforms).
  • Conduct QA audits for client accounts.
  • Implement business review schema with GTM.
  • Audit and execute updates such as redirects, sitemaps, indexing, rich data, maps accuracy, backlinks, etc.
  • Generate audit reports and provide data for review by senior SEO strategists.
  • Support reputation management and assist with review responses using AI tools or templates.
  • Stay current with industry trends, SEO best practices, and platform algorithm changes.
  • Actively contribute ideas and solutions during team and department meetings.

  • Task completion within SLAs (100%)
  • Reduction in time spent by SEO Strategists on administrative tasks
