This is a remote position.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time
• (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day plus a 1-hour unpaid break).

About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a highly motivated SEO Backlinking Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing effective backlink strategies to improve our clients’ organic search rankings and domain authority.

This is a hands-on, results-oriented role for someone who knows how to build high-quality links, thinks strategically, and takes initiative without waiting for step-by-step instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scalable backlinking strategy aligned with each client’s SEO goal.Identify high-quality backlink opportunities through outreach, content partnerships, and PR strategies
• Conduct competitor backlink analysis and identify link gaps using SEO tools
• Track, measure, and report on backlink performance and SEO impact
• Collaborate with content, SEO, and web teams to ensure alignment of link-building efforts
• Continuously monitor industry trends and Google algorithm updates to adjust strategies accordingly
• Ensure all link-building tactics adhere to white-hat SEO best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in backlinking and off-page SEO strategy
• Strong understanding of SEO tools
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently without constant direction
• Excellent written communication and outreach skills
• Strong analytical mindset and results-driven approach
• Understanding of white-hat SEO practices and Google’s webmaster guidelines

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience working with SEO agencies or multiple client accounts
• Familiarity with SEO reporting tools and dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, Google Analytics)
• Knowledge of digital PR and content marketing as it relates to backlink building
