Job summary

New Media Services Philippines (NMS-PH) seeks an SEO/AEO/GEO Specialist to boost organic and AI search visibility across brands. You will plan monthly content (8–12 assets), optimize for search intent, and coordinate with developers for schema and site health.

Lead link-building and digital PR to strengthen trust signals. You will track trends, monitor AI search changes, and contribute to weekly and monthly marketing reports.

Qualifications

Job description

The SEO/AEO/GEO Specialist owns organic and AI search visibility across New Media Services’ brands, making sure our services are found, trusted, and cited by Google, answer engines, and AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.The role reports to the Marketing Manager and works closely with the Marketing Generalist, content writers, and web developers.

GEO and AEO strategy: Plan and optimize content so our brands appear in AI-generated answers, zero-click results, and AI Overviews, focusing on buyer questions such as content moderation pricing, multilingual support, and chat operator services.

Content planning and optimization: Build the monthly SEO content plan (8–12 assets across service pages, location pages, FAQs, and blogs), write briefs, and optimize content for search intent, semantic depth, and concise, answer-ready formatting.

Technical SEO: Implement and maintain structured data/schema, site health, indexing, page speed, and crawlability in coordination with web developers, and support the NMS website revamp for AEO and GEO.

Authority and E-E-A-T: Lead link building and digital PR (8–15 quality links a month), build brand mentions on industry sites, and support review-platform presence (Trustpilot, Yelp, etc.) to strengthen trust signals.

Research and monitoring: Track keyword and query-intent trends, competitor visibility, and Google algorithm and AI search changes, adjusting strategy as needed. Tracking and reporting: Monitor organic rankings, traffic, AI citation and visibility share, and organic leads; run monthly technical SEO, GEO, and content authority audits; and contribute to weekly and monthly marketing reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree inBusiness/Marketing/Tech/Advertising
• Proven experience in SEO, with knowledge of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
• Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, on-page SEO, technical SEO, link building, and content optimization
• Knowledge of structured data/schema markup, website indexing, crawlability, and page performance optimization
• Familiarity with AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews, including strategies to improve brand visibility and citations
• Excellent analytical, research, and content optimization skills, with the ability to monitor performance and interpret SEO data
• Tools: SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, schema and AI-visibility tracking tools, and AI writing/research tools
