Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting is seeking an experienced Workforce Deployment Manager for a hybrid role based in Ortigas, Pasig. You will lead workforce planning, forecast talent needs, and align people strategies with business priorities while driving data-driven decisions.

You will partner with leaders, manage projects end-to-end, coach teams, and promote continuous development while upholding integrity and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of solid WFM experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial level role.
• Experience in workforce planning, resource management, or operational leadership roles.
• Exposure to audit-related processes, reporting, or operational analysis is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of accounting and general business concepts.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor team members and support career development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.

Responsibilities
