Job summary

Genpact in the Philippines is seeking a Manager of Workforce Management to lead data-driven reporting and workforce planning initiatives. You will architect KPI-based reports and manage BI projects with technology teams to improve efficiency.

You will oversee scheduling, forecasting, and policy development while guiding a team of WFM specialists to deliver high-quality planning services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance; MBA/Analytics a plus.
Master's degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics preferred.
Experience in workforce management or HR analytics.
Strong data storytelling and reporting skills.
Experience with Power BI and Excel for data visualization.

Responsibilities

Accountable to Transformation leads for new report builds, enhancements, testing and troubleshooting post-production defects.
Understand Genpact’s systems and talent supply chain data to architect reports based on KPIs.
Project manage new report builds and enhancements with technology and BI teams in Genpact.
Create business requirement documents and test scenarios for new deployments.
Conduct rigorous testing for logic and data accuracy.
Partner with Business and IT teams to troubleshoot any existing report in Talent Supply Chain.
Design and implement report adoption plans for target audience.
Interpret large data sets in Excel and translate them into automated systems such as Power BI where applicable.
Develop and implement workforce management strategies and best practices.
Analyze and forecast staffing needs based on historical data and business trends.
Create and maintain scheduling policies and procedures to meet service level goals.
Monitor and adjust workforce schedules to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align workforce planning with organizational goals.
Lead a team of workforce management specialists to deliver quality workforce planning services.
