Job summary

Blaseek in Manila is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning & Analytics Analyst to drive forecasting, capacity planning, and BI insights. You will partner with Operations Managers to translate workload data into actions, build Tableau dashboards, and support monthly reporting. Onsite during onboarding, then hybrid schedule with midshift responsibilities.

Strong Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and data storytelling skills are essential; experience in Shared Services is a plus.

Qualifications

• Mid to senior-level experience in Workforce Management or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience with workload forecasting and capacity planning.
• Solid understanding of productivity, shrinkage, utilization, staffing, scheduling, and service levels.
• Strong Tableau skills, including dashboard development and data reporting.
• Analytical skills to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience with scenario and what-if analysis for staffing and capacity changes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and medium-term workforce forecasts based on workload and service requirements.
• Determine FTE requirements by analyzing workload, capacity, productivity, and service targets.
• Partner with Operations Managers to review staffing needs and challenge assumptions using data.
• Identify overstaffing/understaffing and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop workforce scenarios to support hiring, redeployment, and operational changes.
• Perform scheduling and coverage analyses based on workload, hours, leaves, and peak periods.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards on workforce and operational performance.
• Analyze trends across workload, FTE, productivity, and SLA metrics.
• Translate workforce data into clear insights for management stakeholders.
• Support monthly management reporting and governance reviews with workforce analysis.
