Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Windows Infrastructure) to support a Windows-based on‑prem and AWS environment. The role emphasizes reliability, security, scalability, and performance of critical applications and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will manage Windows Server, IIS, SSL/TLS, networking, and cloud/hybrid deployments, while driving automation with IaC and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Windows Server-based infrastructure across on‑premises and AWS.
• Configure and troubleshoot IIS web server environments for critical apps.
• Manage SSL/TLS certificates and secure communications.
• Apply security hardening and monitor for vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with dev, infra, and security teams for deployments and reliability.
• Monitor health, performance, and capacity to ensure service reliability.
• Develop automation and IaC using PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins.
• Participate in incident response and continuous improvement; maintain docs and standards.
