Job summary

Electrical Equipment & System Integration, Inc. (EESI) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead renewable energy initiatives, with a strong preference for wind projects, in the Philippines.

You will plan, execute, and deliver complex wind developments, coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and HSE teams to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 10+ years in wind energy, a strong PM background,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of wind energy experience with proven project management.
• Strong background in renewable energy project management; direct wind project experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software; GWO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of renewable energy projects, with emphasis on wind energy initiatives.
• Develop schedules and budgets and oversee execution plans to ensure timely, cost-effective completion.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and HSE teams for alignment and compliance.
• Monitor risks and performance; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress, documentation, and communication.
