Job summary

Arcadis, the world-leading design, engineering and consultancy firm, is seeking a Principal Engineer - Wastewater for its GEC (Philippines) team in Metro Manila. You will lead wastewater modelling, manage project aspects, and collaborate with the UK modelling team and clients to grow Arcadis's project portfolio.

The role focuses on delivering advanced hydraulic modelling, supporting designers, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring technical outputs meet standards and client expectations while

Qualifications

11–14 years of experience in water resources or civil engineering.
Advanced hydraulic modelling expertise for wastewater projects.
Proven team coordination and stakeholder management.
Proficient in InfoWorks ICM; GIS skills.
Chartered engineer (ICE or CIWEM) preferred.
Experience in model QA procedures.
Strong report-writing and data analysis skills.
Coding/automation experience desirable.

Responsibilities

Deliver wastewater modelling projects and manage tasks.
Lead model build and verification of sewer networks.
Guide junior team members and support client engagement.
Prepare bids narratives, cost estimates and programmes.
Coordinate resources and QA across projects.
Collaborate with UK modelling team and clients.
