Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Network Engineer (WAN) within Global Connectivity Solutions to drive vulnerability remediation, lifecycle management and software upgrades across enterprise WAN infrastructure. You will provide technical leadership for deployment activities, complex troubleshooting, change execution and service restoration involving Versa SD-WAN, Cisco routing and switching, and WAN links.

The role requires 7–10 years of enterprise WAN experience, CCNP Enterprise (CCNA preferred), ITIL

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Telecommunications or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in enterprise WAN networking, SD-WAN, routing and switching, lifecycle management.
CCNP Enterprise preferred; CCNA required; Versa certification and ITIL v4 are value adds.

Responsibilities

Drive vulnerability remediation and lifecycle management across Versa SD-WAN, Cisco routing and WAN platforms.
Perform software/firmware upgrades on Cisco ISR/ASR, Catalyst, Versa SD-WAN controllers and branch devices.
Coordinate testing, outage planning, deployment, stabilization and post-implementation validation with global teams.
Present technical changes during CAB reviews and manage risk, impact and recovery considerations.
Lead remediation waves, upgrade deployments and infrastructure refreshes.
Provide technical guidance to Associate/Senior Associate engineers and support WAN remediation activities.
