Job summary

ATOMIT Corp. in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Senior Network Engineer (WAN) to oversee core network and WAN services.

You will drive network optimization, lead automation using Python and Ansible Tower, and implement comprehensive monitoring with Datadog across Cisco and Versa SD-WAN environments. You will manage HQ and remote office networks, SD-WAN operations across multiple sites, ISP coordination, and develop automation; a strong background in Cisco and Versa SD-WAN is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required or related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on professional networking experience.
Deep knowledge of network topologies, TCP/IP, OSI layers, OSPF, BGP, STP, VLANs, and inter-VLAN routing.
Cisco switches and Versa SD-WAN edge devices experience.
Python scripting and Ansible for automation.
Datadog monitoring experience; Datadog Certified Champion advantageous.
Cisco CCNP/CCIE or Juniper JNCIP/JNCIE certifications are preferred.
Strong communication, data-driven mindset, and collaborative ownership.

Responsibilities

HQ & Remote Office Network Optimization: Oversee Cisco LAN across HQ and field offices; troubleshoot and deploy LAN upgrades.
SD-WAN Operations: Manage Versa SD-WAN connectivity across HQ, Geneva DR site, Azure VDC, and remote offices.
ISP Management: Primary contact for ISPs; monitor performance and manage public IP allocations.
Automation & Monitoring: Develop Python scripts and Ansible Tower playbooks; build Datadog dashboards for health monitoring.
Perform additional network operations and maintenance tasks as assigned.
