A dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Operations is sought to oversee strategic management of multiple BPO sites across the Philippines. Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Operations to oversee the strategic and day-to-day management of multiple BPO sites across the Philippines. This executive leadership role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, delivering exceptional service to clients, and driving overall business growth. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, foster a high-performance culture, and align operational execution with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement long-term strategic plans across multiple sites to meet business goals.
Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring consistency and service excellence across all locations.
Mentor and guide senior leaders and site directors to maintain a strong leadership pipeline.
Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies.
Oversee budget planning and resource allocation to optimize cost efficiency and profitability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on service quality, innovation, and operational agility.
Serve as a key representative in external engagements, including industry events and client meetings.
Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Finance, IT, Quality, Business Development) to ensure seamless operational support.
Quickly and effectively address operational challenges and client concerns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
At least 15 years of experience in BPO operations, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-site operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex business operations.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Proven success in driving operational performance, efficiency, and profitability.
In-depth knowledge of BPO industry standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
High-level analytical and decision-making skills.
Strong conflict resolution and crisis management capabilities.
