Scrubbed is seeking an Accounting Staff - Senior Level with extensive US payroll experience to manage end-to-end payroll operations and commission bookkeeping. You will calculate wages, manage deductions, ensure tax compliance, and maintain precise financial records.

Responsibilities include processing payroll, 401(k) setup, health benefits, wage garnishments, and annual W-2 processing. Strong Excel and English communication are required, with a graveyard shift schedule (1:00 AM–9:00 AM PH time).

Competenze

• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
• 3–4 years experience in accounting/payroll, preferably in BPO.
• 2–3 years direct US payroll processing experience.
• CPA preferred; strong MS Excel skills.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end US payroll operations and commission bookkeeping.
• Handle wages, deductions, tax compliance, and year-end forms.
• Prepare GL payroll reports and address pay queries.
• Calculate sales commissions and record accruals in GL.
