Job summary

iQor is seeking an analyst to provide essential data analysis to enhance underwriting objectives and pricing accuracy. The role builds QA guidelines, tests ESL updates, and develops tools to improve underwriting efficiency and risk management.

The profile requires a Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years in group underwriting or actuarial work (including supervisory experience), and strong problem-solving, with excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5-7 years group underwriting and/or actuarial experience including management/supervisory experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides essential data analysis to enhance underwriting objectives and pricing accuracy.
• Builds and tests QA guidelines and performs ESL testing to ensure updates function as intended.
• Develops tools to improve underwriting efficiency and accuracy to enhance business processes.
• Reviews guidelines and provides coaching to close learning gaps and improve underwriting decisions.
