Job summary

ECLARO is seeking an experienced RPA Engineer (UiPath) to design, build, and deploy scalable UiPath automation solutions that optimize enterprise processes in the Philippines. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams, maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, and apply Scrum/Kanban practices to deliver measurable business value and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on RPA development experience.
Strong UiPath proficiency is required.
Experience building enterprise-grade UiPath automations.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles and OO concepts.
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
Ability to document technical solutions and business processes clearly.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable UiPath automation solutions.
Analyze processes to identify automation opportunities for efficiency and accuracy.
Assess whether RPA is the best solution based on requirements.
Create technical and process documentation for automations.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing UiPath automations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into automation.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain backlogs and user stories.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for UiPath deployments.
Manage Git repositories, branching, code reviews, and PRs.
Stay current with RPA technologies and UiPath enhancements.
