Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Senior software engineer to work as an individual contributor, collaborating closely with our US core team. You will apply deep technical expertise in Blazor, C#, and data architecture to deliver scalable UI and backend solutions.

Required 7+ years in software development, 3–5 years UI/frontend, and strong SQL with CosmosDB. Familiarity with Azure Functions, WebAPI, PowerPlatform, and AI tech is a plus. Night shifts aligned to US holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• At least 3–5 years of UI/front-end development experience.
• Develop and maintain user interfaces using Blazor and .NET Core frameworks.
• Familiarity with CosmosDB and SQL Server; strong SQL skills.
• Nice to have: Azure Functions, WebAPI, PowerPlatform design/implementation, and AI technologies.

Job description

• This is a Senior-level role. While it's an individual contributor position, the successful candidate will work closely with our US core team and must demonstrate strong technical expertise.
• Required technical skills: Were specifically looking for candidates with deep, hands-on experience in Blazor, C#, Entity Framework, OOP, and database structures. Familiarity alone is not enough practical, in-depth understanding is essential.
• Communication and leadership: Since the role involves frequent collaboration with US-based colleagues, excellent communication skills are a must. Leadership experience is a strong plus, as the candidate may eventually lead a team.
• Willingness to work Night shift and follow US holidays. Since this person will work closely with US Core team, they are expected to follow the same shift as the US people.

Qualifications

• More than 7 years of Software Development experience
• At least 3 to 5 years of UI / Front end Development experience
• Develop and maintain user interfaces using Blazor and .NET Core frameworks.
• Familiarity with CosmosDB and SQL Server (other databases can be considered as long as strong in SQL)
