Job summary

1Rotary Trading Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to oversee cash flow, banking operations, and treasury controls. The role reports to the Finance Department Head and collaborates with the EVP to ensure effective treasury management.

The successful candidate will manage cash outflows, cash handling, and banking relations with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting/treasury, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Technology savvy, proficient in using accounting software.
• Numerate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process bank transactions and uploads.
• Manages special credits.
• Importation and payment transaction.
• Prepares (CDV) Cash Disbursement Voucher.
• Accepts and monitor’s PDC’s.
• Monitors’ and encode’s bank checks.
• Accepts and receives cash
• Process transfer of funds.
• Process payment for the company.
• Monitors fund.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
