GPC Philippines Corporation is currently seeking aSenior Treasury Analyst. This position will work from 12:00 am to 9:00 AM PHT and applies only to Philippine-based legal residents and citizens.

Work time will shift to better hours over time.

Job Description

The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting global cash management operations, driving liquidity planning and forecasting, and optimizing treasury-related systems and processes across a multinational environment. This role will oversee cash flow reporting, FX settlements, and intercompany transactions while actively managing relationships with banking institutions. Responsibilities include global bank account administration, supporting entity formation and dissolution, and ensuring proper documentation and system access for treasury users across all banking platforms. The analyst will collaborate cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and tax teams to ensure treasury operations support organizational needs while maintaining regulatory and banking compliance standards. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring 25 years of treasury or banking experience, deep knowledge of international banking practices, and a proactive approach to continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage global cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning to ensure optimal working capital utilization.
  • Oversee and execute intercompany funding, settlements, and FX transactions while ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Support the formation and dissolution of entities by coordinating the setup and closure of global bank accounts.
  • Manage and maintain centralized bank account documentation and user access across global banking platforms.
  • Collaborate with banking partners to evaluate and implement treasury products and services that align with operational needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams including production-facing finance, tax, and accounting groups to support treasury requirements on both self-managed and partner-managed productions.
  • Perform reconciliations and data validation for Treasury dashboards and reporting.
  • Support regulatory compliance initiatives and respond to inquiries regarding international banking regulations and documentation.
  • Participate in various treasury improvement initiatives and support ad-hoc treasury-related projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in treasury operations, corporate banking, or financial services preferably in a multinational or high-growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of global banking structures, international banking regulations, and treasury products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with treasury management systems (TMS) is a plus.
  • Experience with corporate banking portals and familiarity with treasury-related documentation and workflows.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and financial operations.
  • Experience working in a shared services or global finance environment is preferred.
