Responsabilités

• Conducts training courses for customers and/or employees in the use of multiple products.
• Prepares lesson plans from documentation and requirements.
• Instructs participants in classroom lectures and labs.
• Ensures course material reflects current product features and updates.
• Plans schedules and manages activities to achieve objectives.
• Communicates with senior colleagues to share knowledge and coordinate projects.
