EY GDS Consulting – MS RSS Senior role in Manila requires leading end-to-end Third-Party Risk Management engagements and designing operating models. You will drive automation, data analytics, and AI enhancements while managing client relationships and guiding junior staff.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of demonstrated experience with Risk Management across the Third-Party engagement lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of the TPRM framework, Risk Management, Information Security practices.
• Knowledge of Contract Risk Review management process.
• Hands-on exposure to TPRM tools and technology solutions (e.g., GRC enablement solutions).
• Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001/2, ISO 22301, PCI – DSS, HITRUST, etc.
• Good knowledge of privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI concepts, networking and security concepts.
• Experience with incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Big-4 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Third-Party Risk Management engagements.
• Lead design and implementation of TPRM operating models.
• Follow policies and procedures for TPRM implementations.
• Document end-to-end business processes and functional requirements.
• Assess application of legal and regulatory requirements to TPRM practices.
• Lead technology enhancements such as automation, data analytics, and AI.
• Drive automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled enhancements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of market trends and EY products.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability.
• Assist leadership in business development and account management.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
