Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a C&B Specialist to design, administer, and continuously improve compensation, benefits, rewards, and workforce data reporting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will work with Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and Site Operations to ensure equity, legal compliance, and a compelling employee value proposition that supports retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, Finance, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, total rewards, or HR operations in manufacturing/high-tech environments.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
• Experience in power systems, electronics manufacturing, or semiconductor sectors.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards) and HRIS like SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
• Experience with compensation planning cycles and workforce dashboards.
• High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of competitive and equitable compensation structures across roles.
• Participate in job evaluations and benchmarking using market data for internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Manage day-to-day administration of benefits (health, life, retirement, leave, wellness) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Advise TA and hiring managers on compensation offers, scenarios, and pay ranges.
• Coordinate end-to-end annual compensation review, merit increases, market adjustments, bonuses, and promotions.
• Develop tools, analytics, and dashboards; support pay distribution insights and promotion tracking.
