Job summary

GCash, the nation's leading fintech app, seeks an experienced cybersecurity professional to lead threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, and risk management initiatives. You will translate complex security requirements into practical architectures and collaborate with product teams to secure rapid growth.

You will design and implement threat models and security standards, staying ahead of emerging threats in a dynamic fintech environment, ensuring GCASH remains trusted and compliant.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity focusing on threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, and risk management.
• Expertise in threat modeling methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices and standards.
• Experience developing and implementing threat models and security standards in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop a complete understanding of a company’s technology and information systems.
• Identify and communicate current and emerging cybersecurity and fraud threats and risks relevant to GCASH.
• Design cybersecurity and fraud management architecture elements for GCASH to mitigate threats.
• Plan, research, and design robust cybersecurity and fraud management architectures for GCASH demands.
• Collaborate with product teams and business to understand direction and anticipate security risks.
• Formulate new cybersecurity and fraud management blueprints to enable business plans while managing GCASH risks.
