Job summary

DTCC is seeking a qualified Risk Management professional with extensive experience to support Third Party and Operational Risk initiatives. The role requires collaboration across internal and external stakeholders, SME leadership, and the ability to deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with a mix of onsite and remote days. Preferred candidates have at least 6 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Must be amenable to work EMEA hours.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and execute process enhancements with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication; participate in meetings and thought leadership.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on processes; address issues timely.
• Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with technology teams to deliver solutions.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and initiatives.
• Produce and maintain reporting and metrics for stakeholders; present data to leadership.
• Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities and escalate appropriately.
• Lead SME reviews for Third Party risk assessments.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
