Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a Senior Engineer - Test Process Engineering to lead key improvement programs that boost process yield, quality, and efficiency. The role covers analysis of non-conforming lots, DOE studies, and development of robust process methods and materials in a semiconductor manufacturing setting.

The successful candidate will manage process documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to ST quality standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Electronics & Communications, Computer, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• At least seven years of technical and supervisory Process Engineering experience.
• Experience in a semiconductor environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement process yield improvements to enhance testing and mechanical yield.
• Analyze and disposition non-conforming lots and equipment; provide technical support to Production.
• Develop and review manufacturing instructions, control plans and process parameters.
