Responsibilities

• Develop and review estimates and schedules, including workforce forecasts.
• Establish and monitor material quantities; provide forecasts.
• Develop specifications and design criteria.
• Participate in procurement, permitting and subcontracting activities.
• Perform calculations and select equipment; solve complex problems.
• Mentor and train staff; contribute to training materials.
