Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot, log issues, and document solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to complex inbound technical service requests by phone and email.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across software, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with engineering on bug fixes and feature requests.
• Create and maintain runbooks, FAQs, and technical docs.
• Lead incident response or participate in on-call rotation.
• Log issues and status updates in internal systems.
• Support multiple cloud and hardware solutions.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering on long-term solutions.
