Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own delivery of complex, data-driven fintech, shopping, and payments features. You’ll translate vision into technical plans, work with engineering, data, and design, and define KPIs with analytics to measure success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a technical discipline.
Strong SQL skills and ability to query data independently.
Deep understanding of APIs, integrations, architectures and data flows.
Experience building and shipping complex products, fintech or AI-enabled.
Comfortable working in agile, fast-moving environments with engineering collaboration.

Responsibilities

Translate projects and rocks into detailed technical requirements and execution plans.
Partner with engineering, data and design to build, test and launch features.
Own technical product docs, user stories and release management end-to-end.
Use SQL and data analysis to define KPIs and validate hypotheses.
Run A/B tests and experiments to drive measurable outcomes.
Align stakeholders through clear communication and prioritization.
Anticipate risks and manage dependencies early and proactively.
Collaborate with data and AI teams to bring intelligence into workflows.
