Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Telco industry experience or familiarity with network tech.
• 6+ years in hands-on technology roles.
• AWS and Serverless experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovative ideas from inception through to adoption across the business.
• Facilitate cross-team work and ensure code, design, and architecture reviews.
• Monitor team performance and collaborate with Engineering Managers on mentoring.
• Lead healthy discussions within product and engineering teams to align priorities.
